Yes I used it Saturday again and I love it !! I didn’t really get to pay attention to the effects until I got home. We’re going to get another one for Bonnie…it helps when she has heart palpitations during a WOD, it helps cool her down and bring her heart rate back down. I think it’s an awesome product.
